Ava Smog Testing Only

Review: On 7/08/15 Smog all 12 functional check results passed except for OBD & Vaccum to PVC switch failed. We were told to drive our vehical 7 mile a day for 4 days, fix the PCV valve and return to do the test again giving them more time for an application update that works for older vehicles. My Mazda is a 1999 well kept up maintained vehical. After 4 days we replaced the PVC Valve and took our vehicle back to complete the inspection as instructed. We again were told to drive our vehical another 2 days with no other explaination other than there equipment was not yet upgraded therefore needed more time for the upgrade for older vehicles??? So now my wife and I are hanging waiting for the smog guy to call. We never got the first promised call. How do we get these these people to tell the truth and direct us to a busness that can coemplete our smog Check.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or refund our $50.00

Review: I went to [redacted] Smog testing only in Westminster, Ca back in November and my car didn't pass they said it had a few codes that need to be fixed, so I went to a mechanic and got the stuff fixed brought it back to have the smog done thinking it would pass and it didn't, I told them what we had done that was on a Monday the 16th of March, they then told us to drive the car for a few days and bring it back on Friday the 20th of March to see if will work then, so I drove it all week and we took it back down there on Friday the 20th of March and it still didn't pass, so I called my mechanic and he asked me to bring the car back down to him, so I did he said he will see what the problem is [redacted] said it still has codes coming up the same as before, when I got the car from my mechanic the last thing he did was check the codes and they all came up clear, that was on Saturday the 14th of March, so I took my car back to my mechanic on Friday the 20th of March the car sat there all weekend and my mechanic was really busy on Monday the 23rd of March so the first thing Tuesday morning he took it to a Smog place that he sends his customers to and the car passed, I don't understand [redacted]'s said I still had codes that wouldn't pass but yet another place passed it with flying colors. I really feel I should get my money refunded,Desired Settlement: I had paid $41.75 back in November, and they said it had alot of bad codes,and I paid again on the 16th of March and it failed again with the same codes, after I had gotten the car fixed. My mechanic had to pay yet another fee, so I don't feel I should have to pay twice, thats why I want $41.75 refund of $41.75
