I am rejecting this response because:
I never lied about moving out of Texas I stay in *** now but that's beside the issueI have plenty of text messages regarding this issue including where Conrad said I never paid any money what so ever so its a lost causeI was to move in *** *** *** * according to his managerShe also stated I should get my money backHe also told me if I wanted to move in before august first I would have to pay an additional I will be attaching screenshots of text messages from him and his manager.the business was not handle correctlyYes I paid cash and got a written receipt.he told me not to pay cash again because his manager steals moneyHe says its stated on the lease not to take cash I got the lease well took a look at it BC the manager was to make a copy after I paid dollarsI will like my dollars back or I'll continue to take it to courtIts not a lose cause I wasn't suppose to move in until August I request my money back July n I've been in *** since.

Dear [redacted],We are in receipt of your Idler dated August 17, 2015 regarding the above listed Complaint ID.The fabricated claims asserted by Ms. [redacted] are so numerous that Cossatot Partners, LLC. will not  comment on any one item, otherthan to say that this transaction was handled...

in accordance with the lease that was properly executed by Ms. [redacted] on July 8, 2015, and which began on July the rent not being paid in full with money sill owed and despite not having a security (all are Items documented in the executed contract). The contract was properly created with no forgeries (contrary to Ms. [redacted]'s false assertions).Ms. [redacted] lied about having moved out of Texas during July 2015, and has made numerous threats and given numerous lies to both our Brownwood, Texas property manager and to our company. Furthermore, the discounted and insufficient amount of $400 was never received by Cossatot Partners, LLC, despite Cossatot Partners, LLC given clear instructions about how to make payment including the exact bank account to make the deposit into, and the lease clearly states that cash is never accepted as a form of payment.As of July 31,2015, with no further payments having been received, the property was taken back by Cossatot Partners, LLC, as per the terms of the lease. A Notice of Abandonment was properly posted on the door in accordance with the terms of the executed lease on August 4, 2015.Sincerely, [redacted]
