Review: The product had a satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied and attempted to contact their customer service number, but it was disconnected. I tried another number I found on the website and they put my call into a voice mail. It was obvious to me that they do not intend to honor their own policy which led me here.Desired Settlement: I want them to take back all unused product and refund me accordingly.

Avacor has contacted the customer via phone and email with instructions on how to return the unused portion of the product. As per our money back guarantee, which can be viewed at [redacted] it states the customer is entitled to a refund for the purchase price of the product excluding shipping and handling charges. Once the return is received , a refund in the form of a check will be issued to this customer.

Our Avacor website lists an active phone number for Customer Service which is ###-###-####. We also have a phone number listed on the bottles for our All Natural Nutricap which is also active, ###-###-####.

After searching Avacor on [redacted], we are now aware the phone number listed is not active. We are in the process of having this phone number removed.
