I am writing in response to
your email, dated April
17, 2017, regarding the complaint you forwarded to
Scottrade from Mr*** *** regarding recent issues he states he experienced
with the ScottradeELITE platform I
have researched Mr*** issue and am responding accordingly.
In his complaint Mr***
alleges there were issues with quotes on the Scottrade Elite platform on the
morning of April 17, between 10:AM ET and 10:AM ET, specifically
regarding Jounce Therapeutics (JNCE) and New Age Beverages Corp(NBEV)
As part of my research I had
the Scottrade Technical Support department look into Mr*** allegationsI
can confirm Scottrade did not have any other reported issues with
ScottradeELITE on April 17th during the time in question
It’s my understanding Mr
*** contacted the Scottrade Technical Support team at 10:AM ET on April
17th to report this issueThe Technician advised Mr*** to restart his
computer to check his connectionIt appears Mr*** disconnected this call
before a resolution could be obtained
It’s important to note, as
disclosed in the Scottrade Brokerage Account Agreement, electronic or computer
based systems are inherently vulnerable to disruption or slowness and may be
unavailable to our clients from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any or all of these means will be available to
our clients at a particular time
Based on the above
information, no adjustments will be made to Mr*** account
