Resolution: Despite the fact that the customer acknowledged having been provided tracking information to show timely shipment, the Company refunded the customer’s day shipping fee. Regarding inventory levels in our stores, the customer was sent an email explaining that due to pending regulatory changes, the company was going through a multi-week project to entirely restock stores with product that complies with the expected packaging requirements that are pending. As of the receipt date of the complaint, our restocking project has been completed. Awareness of this project by the customer was acknowledged in the complaint with the appreciated recognition that we are launching many new products. The company considers this complaint resolved

Review: On October 23, I ordered online a 10ml bottle of vape liquid since, there have been none for over a month in the brick and mortar store in College Park, MD. I paid the extra shipping for 2 day delivery and here it is, almost the 31st of October and I have still not received my liquid. I have left messages, emails, and contacted USPS with the tracking number with no resolution.USPS informed me they received the same email message as I have gotten, see below:Thank you for your order from Avail Vapor! We wanted to let you know that your order (######[redacted]) was shipped via USPS, USPS Priority Mail on 10/23/2015. You can track your package at any time using the link below.How is this acceptable business practices? The store is not the issue, and the college park store associates are really great and can only sell products they have in stock. Avail is introducing many new flavors, but myself and many other customers have been waiting on existing products for a long time.Desired Settlement: I would like what I ordered to be delivered and to be reimbursed for my 2 day shipping. I would also appreciate the store stocking high demand products.
