Review: We contracted Busy Bee in June, 2013 to repair missing shingles and repair the roof for any leaks since the repairs my roof has continue to leak and now my ceiling has begun to fall. I've made several call and was told that someone would come out and look at the problem. All promises and recently was told that I need a new roof why did you repair it then. I've had my insurance companies take a look and they have confirmed that the roof can be repaired as I had contracted Busy BeeDesired Settlement: Repair of the roof and repair of my ceiling.

I am rejecting this response because:
My last conversation with the (owner) Busy Bee was for him to let me know so that he can also view the inside to show him that the roof is still leaking
in the same place. I also said to him that my insurance adjustor came out before I called his company to view the roof and he did not see a roof that could not be repaired, so if you felt that the roof was so bad, why would you then say it could be repaired and then try to repair it. My insurance adjustor saw a roof with two layers and some missing shingles, he came out twice and he never stated anything about replacing the roof.
As of today 1/16/14 I have not heard from the company.

Review: I contacted this company for an estimate on a masonry and door reframe projects. I entered into a contract on Oct.9, 2015 with this company and gave them a deposit of $1,800 for this work. They were scheduled to do the work within a week. That time period came and went. I took 3 different day off of work waiting for them to only find out there was a problem. They gave me numerous excuses why they couldn't get to me -someone was sick, truck broke down & worker quit. After the last cancellation, when the worker quit, [redacted] called and said he was trying to reschedule all the job. He asked me to give him until the next day and he would reschedule my project. I did not hear from him and I tried repeatedly to contact them and finally on Nov. 10, 2015 [redacted](Umstead) the owner, returned my call. He told me he could not get to my project. I told him I wished to cancel my contract and would like my money back. He agreed to issue a refund check the next day. As of today (Nov. 23) I have not received a check and have tried contacting him twice more and have not had any response.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so I can hire a contractor who can do the job. Unfortunately, because of these repeadted delays I now have to wait until the Spring because the weather is a major factor in having this work done.
