This is my so called payment schedule. I was told on the phone that 1. The loan wouldn't be that long and 2. I can pay it off at anytime. We'll I have made two payments I was thinking about going ahead and paying the loan off but after looking at this schedule and reading the reviews it's not worth it. These representatives take advantage of you being I'm a hard place. They tell you what you want to hear I was told my interest rate wasn't going to be high but I look at my loan agreement and it says 384.38% interest. Like where and how can you do that. I only asked for 300 how did my loan end up being 1000 sum. Then someone was supposed to call explaining the payment plan the same day after signing the loan they never did. Because if u would've gotten a detailed explanation I would've just struggled by myself instead of putting myself more in debt.
I wish I would've researched

Will not be using
I attempted to take out a loan with another company and availblue has been calling me at least 3 times a day trying to get me to verify my bank information! I was actually going to do it just now, but after reading these horrible reviews, I will take my business elsewhere. Their number is now blocked! I don’t need anyone scamming me in these hard times. Thank you all for providing such detailed reviews. You saved me a lot of money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They frequently tell you one thing verbally and the documents say something different. None of these companies give good rates or are cheap. However, this company is untrustworthy and outrageously expensive, even for those standards. I was told by the representative Diego that interest would accrue at $8.57 per day. I borrowed $400 dollars. This would mean the day I paid it off it would be 442.85. When I went to pay off the loan, the payoff was $520. When I asked why, I got no explanation except "Finance charge, it was in your documents." No matter what I asked, they person simply repeated herself. People do not use these companies because they are in good financial places. I was budgeted to the penny and this really undid any relief the loan provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company does not properly disclose everything. I was told I could pay the account off at any time. When I called today I was told that the account balance is higher than the initial amount borrowed. THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME. It is scary that this company does not explain their fees and charges when they are so high. They are running a total scam and hurting people.

Although not required to do so, as a courtesy, we will settle the account for the remaining balance of$585.00 theCompany will reach out to the customer to set up payment option.

I agreed to a $500 loan through Availblue. Originally, I told them I did not feel comfortable signing on with this loan company as they had extremely poor reviews and complaints about the company taking out money that isn't owed.. They talked me through the concern and ensured me that as soon as the loan was paid in full on the first payment, which I set-up auto draft from my bank account and gave them permission to draft the $500 from my bank account, then there would be no monies owed. Come to find out they are charging me over 100% in interest! My loan was paid off in full and now they want me to pay $552 in interest! I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and mislead.. Businesses should not be allowed to profit from these types of situations. This company is not representing themselves honestly or accurately .

This was the point of a loan u guys taken advantage of it and helping people struggling. It should be least just my opinion anything I will call you.

I have reached out twice to ask for a payment extension/deferment. I was told that they do not offer those. If the payment is returned, then they will reach out. That makes no sense to me as that would incur additional fees for all. I've never heard of their resolution from any reputable business.

I obtained a loan from availblue back in July, started making varying payments on July 19, 2019...... loan was for $450, I have already paid a little over $350, of that only $52.51 has gone towards the principal. How do these places get away with robbing and taking advantage of people in a tight spot the way they do?? The interest they charge is outrageous and should be illegal!! To top it off you have to deal with rudeness and being talked down to if you have an issue with a payment

Very disappointed in the company. I has taken several loans out with the company is times of need of the past year. On my most recent two separate occasions I was told that I qualified for VIP status and my loan would have a lower rate. Neither time was the fee lowered. I was told that even when the loan documents indicate no reduction to the rate on the face an adjustment would be made later to give me the lower rate. In neither case was this discount or lower rate applied.
Will not do business with this company again.
If you are really in need and can repay the loan on your first due date without carrying the loan for more than 2 weeks to a month this is an way to get you over the hump, but in no way expect them to be honest with the fees you are paying.
Fool me one shame on you - fool me twice shame on me.

Took a loan from availblue.7/24/19. Called availblue 8/7/19 to pay in full. Was told 757.50 would be the pay off amount. I agreed to the payoff amount and was told it would come out of my account in the next three days. Later that day I received a call from availblue, Gloria Venegas and was told I was given the wrong amount due. The amonunt was changed to 838.18. I told her this was not the amount I was quoted. She said there was a system error and this is the new amount. I told her I will pay the original amount quoted. 757.50 was debited 8/12/19. Now avail blue says my account is past due 76.68. I don't believe I should be victim to a system error.

A few months ago I took out a payday loan from Available. I signed a loan agreement and now my financial situation has changed where my husband has been and very sick, so in order for me to care for him I have to take another position within the company I work for so that I could be closer to home. With that I took a pay cut, I contacted Available asking if I could extend my loan agreement with them to lower my bi-weekly payments. The email I received back was they don't make adjustments so okay, I emailed them back asking if there were any other options and I received yet another email stating there are no other options and they will be in contact with me if my scheduled payment is not made. I have used several other payday places in the past and never have I ever had an issue. I'm just trying to take care of my responsibilities and they are not willing to work with me at all. I then called to speak with *** in customer service and again she offered no solutions or resolution. Not willing to help me at all. They are charging an APR of 894.83% and APR is more than the state of Colorado allows them to charge.

I recently was put on leave due to needing to have emergency total hip replacement. I will be out of work for 4-6 months. I called to ask them if they could stop taking money out of my account every two weeks until I could find funds to make sure I can cover the bill. I was told that they would take the money out of my account regardless not caring if it cost me over draft fees. They are not willing to work with me at all. I will be disabled until the surgery is done and healed so there is no way that I will be able to work.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The Revdex.com just informed me that they operate illegally. They do "payday" loans which is illegal in Georgia. They call 4x a day and want your bank account and routing numbers upfront before being approved.

They are very friendly when I talk to them on the phone. They are fast to getting back to you. I highly recommend them if you ever need a loan.

Availblue is a online payday lending company operating out of Lac Du Flambeau Wisconsin. They are the exact same company as Clear Loan Solutions ***. All they did was close down the former webpage and change the name and number and new address to begin doing more loans. They have horrible reviews online and tons of complaints filed with the Attorney General,FTC,Department of Commerce and Revdex.com. They violate all the laws of the percentage allowed to refinance a loan and often lend to states in which they hold no lending license. After being contacted by clear loan solutions and told I was a "VIP customer and invited to the new company webpage and should apply for a loan" I was transferred and spoke to a representative named Ashley who went through the entire process over the phone and assured me I would be approved. I was given the run around for the rest of the day and Ashley would not return any calls to me. I received a call from a male customer service VIP department rep who told me that they wanted to know "where my other job income goes" I said I have had the same job over 16 years, that is my income which they already verified. Ashley told me their is no income specific requirement. The next day I got an email saying I was denied. When I called and inquired I was told it was because I didn't meet the income requirement. I hung up and called back got a different rep and was told that the income minimum requirement was $1000. I made $1180 so I surpassed it. Availblue lying to get potential and former customer to take out loans and then automatically denying them. Availblue lied about the process and requirements and goads customers into apply just to automatically deny them.

Dear Mr.: This responds to Complaint #*** related to Anong LLC dba Avail Blue (the “Company”), which is owned by the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (“Tribe”). The Company takes these types of inquiries very seriously and would like to provide you with the below information. However, nothing in this communication should be construed as a waiver of the Tribe’s or the Company’s sovereign immunity, all of which are expressly preserved. The Company is a wholly-owned and operated subsidiary of LDF Holdings, LLC (“LDF Holdings”). LDF Holdings is a wholly-owned and operated subsidiary of the L.D.F. Business Development Corporation (“LDF Business Development Corporation”), which is a wholly-owned and operated economic arm and instrumentality of the Tribe. The Tribe is a federally recognized Indian tribe, organized under a Constitution pursuant to the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, 48 Stat. 984, 25 U.S.C. §§ 476, et seq., as amended, and is identified on the United States Department of Interior’s list of federally acknowledged Indian Tribes. 81 Fed. Reg. 26,826 (May 4, 2016). The Company is an arm of the Tribe. As an arm of the Tribe, the Company possesses all of the privileges and immunities of the Tribe. The Tribe and the Company are entitled to tribal sovereign immunity and they are not subject to state law. ***. v. Lake of the Torches Econ. Dev. Corp., 677 F. Supp. 2d 1053, 1061 (W.D. Wis. 2010) (holding that entities acting as arms of a tribe are entitled to tribal sovereign immunity). The complaint alleges that the Company’s interest rates are too high and it lends “to states in which they hold no lending license.” The Company issues loans in accordance with the Tribe’s Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code and it is licensed under Tribal law. It is not required to be licensed with any state. And, the loans issued by the Company are governed by the laws of the Tribe, without regard to the laws of any state. The interest rate and fees applicable to any loans are permitted by Tribal law. The complainant applied for a loan with the Company, but her application was denied. Despite her complaint about the interest rate offered by the Company, the complainant asks the Company to extend a loan to her because she claims that the Company promised that she would be approved for a loan during a phone call. The Company has reviewed the recording for the phone call. The Company’s representative never stated that the complainant was approved for a DocuSign Envelope ID: *** Anong, LLC dba Avail Blue *** LDF Holdings, LLC *** loan; the complainant was told that her application would have to go through the underwriting process. As such, the Company did not make any misrepresentations about the loan application process. We would be happy to discuss these issues further, but, again, please be advised that nothing in this communication should be construed as a waiver of the Tribe’s or the Company’s sovereign immunity, all of which are expressly preserved. Please direct any future communications through our legal counsel: *** at

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed lies but it's fine. The rep did tell I met all criteria and would be approved but ok sure. And you actually DO have to be licensed in each state just ask the attorney general :) you can close it as customer dissatisfied on the Revdex.com web and that's fine. I will report them to the attorney general's office in my state so they can look into it.
