The work was not done to code. So we received a violation from the village that the work needed to be brought up to code. Dan burandt told us he would come back in the spring and bury the water line. When spring came he told us it would cost an additional  $2000 to bury the water line which is what the village of Angola required. This should have been told to us in the initial bid for the job. Dan burandt should no the village codes that need to be complied with.  Additionally,  he left pipes outside uncovered that allow water to pour into the basement. Since this complaint, he came out to the house and told us he would take care of them but he did not.
