To Whom It may concern,this is in regrades to the complaint tat [redacted] Mr[redacted] has made about uswe did inform Mr [redacted] that the money would be back on his card the next day and it was back in his account as of the fifth of Januarywe also told him that the money was not in are account because we never received a authorization codeWe then told him that there was some kind error that happened with that transactionJoe then told him he could call his and see at happened but he was very rude at that time and did not want to hear anything that we had to say he hung upThe next day his mother called and made a payment for Mr***.Thank YouVanessa A [redacted]

I am writing this email to inform you that A.L*** has never been a customer here at Avalanche Automotive

I am rejecting this response because:The funds were not refunded to my account until the 10th of January. This all started because I was told they couldn't process my payment to begin with. When I told Joe they had processed the payment twice on my account, he gave me little to NO options of taking care of this. The only option was to run another card for a 3rd transaction. As all the funds in my account were being held by them, my mother had to make the payment for me. Two weeks later when my next payment was due, I called and was targeted and harrassed by Joe on the phone. "Your the one who called his mommy!" He repeated this statement three times condescendingly, before finally agreeing taking my credit card information. After processing this payment he then proceeded to tell me I was all the sudden $400+ behind on my payments and my truck needs to be taken in to have the payment box looked at. I asked him what was going on and why I am being targeted? He then proceeds to tell me he was looking at the wrong screen and had my account confused with another... leaving me confused and feeling victimized, making my payments on time and getting bullied are my only options. I don't see where the resolution is? I would appreciate being treated like a good paying customer. Every payment I have called to make since this ordeal has resulted in multiple harassing statements from Joe. I have no care to be rude, I just simply want to make my payments and not be treated poorly.
