We've used Avalanche Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for years, and as usual, they did a great job winterizing our system and closing the vents.

The last Physical Damage Policy we received was from Red Rock Risk. That policy expired in Jan 2016. The policy we received on 2/10/17 is a Liability only policy. Per his contract he is required to carry Physical Damage coverage on his vehicle at all times. Liability only covers...

Physical Damage covers damage to our collateral.  All he would have to do is provide us a copy of acceptable coverage (Physical Damage coverage with Transport Funding listed as the Loss Payee) and he will get a refund of the premium added to his account. That Coverage need to go back to the date the last policy expired to get a full refund.

Both individuals are listed as co-borrowers on this account. Both individuals are listed on the title as owners. If other lenders are not able to get that information from PayNet, that lender could always contact us for a direct credit reference and we would be able to verify that information...

for them. Direct credit references are very common in this industry. we receive them everyday from many different lenders. When we need to verify a credit reference with a different lender we use direct credit references to obtain that information as well.
