Ten days after I paid for a membership with this site(Oct.2016), their site went down due to a error, and was down for about two monthsI called their XXX-XXX-XXXX number days later and REPEATEDLY told the Customer Service gentleman that I was calling to cancel my membership as of that day, and REPEATEDLY told him to write this down, and that I wanted a confirmation email stating the cancellation, and that I would not be charged againHe obviously did neither of these things, but told me that they"could not guarantee that my card would not be charged again"I immediately went to my bank, blocked, cancelled the card, and got a new card with a new numberI thought this took care of the problem as I did not receive any charges until December 23,I had gone on their site to delete my profile, and they said I had to cancel my membership(which I thought WAS cancelled) in order to delete my profileI checked my bank statement, and sure enough, there were two $charges on December 23,on my NEW card number which I did NOT give them(they've done this to others, they seem to have a knack for this sort of fraud)I once again called the number yesterday, explained my situation, and the gentleman cancelled my membership, sent me an email confirmation, and assured me I will not be charged again.-we'll seeMy account has been turned over to an "Account Specialist" for review regarding the refund, with a 5-business day waitI do not actually expect them to WILLINGLY process a refund, given their reputation, but will dispute it through my bank if I need to Anyone scammed by them who is interested in persuing a class action lawsuit against them can contact me at ***@verizon.net Would like to shut Avalanche down!

I became a member to your dating site: Christian Matchmaker on December 29, 2014. These are my findings:
â?¢ On December 29th, I opened approximately 63 notices left to me supposedly from other members. I found all to be quite disturbing. Ten members wrote: â??Hi how are youâ?, 7 members wrote: â??Hi there, 12 wrote: â??Helloâ?â?¦.and the repetitive nature continued. I immediately expected this to be a bogus site. I responded to approximately 25 of those members and ask if they were not FAKE to respond back to me. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDANCE FROM ANY!
â?¢ I did receive an email from a supposed member who has 4 profiles with the same pictures yet, different names!! I also discovered one other member with 3 different profiles!!!
â?¢ I was sent mail from one member who described himself as a â??gay man looking for a gay man who does not drinkâ?!!!
All of these occurances were very obviously sent from the company. I have been a member of other dating sites and never had any problem. I have never reported any company to the Revdex.com but this is truly a scam company.
