This company is horrible It took them over a month for them to schedule us for a new roof, and it wouldn\'t have even happened that soon if we didn\'t call them No follwhatsoever Then they came and did the work, but I noticed that some roofing edges were sticking up I called the manager, Aaron ***, to voice my concerns He said a work crew would be by the next day to make the repaires WHICH NEVER HAPPENED Then MONTHS LATER the company called and stated we owed them more money I let them know the work was not finished Then Aaron *** called again stating how much we owed them and his figure was off by $500!!!! HE WAS GOING TO OVERCHARGE US BY $500!!!! After research from OUR records, our figure was right and so we paid them NOT ONCE DID THE MANAGER, AARON ***, APOLOGIZE FOR THE SLOPPY WORK AND LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK TO GET THIS ALL ACCOMPLISHED!!! The staff and manager are clearly not detailed oriented at all!!!! They do not know what it means to have customer service! I regret using this company and I recommend you don\'t either!!!

I had there rep come out to give me a quote for a new roof.I told him I wanted the same color .I was showed a template and was told slate was the same color,I just had the roof in stalled and it is green .I made the mistake of trusting them and now I have a blue house with a green roof and Iam being told that slate is green.Slate is the color of a chalkboard thats why its called a blackboard not green .They are unwilling to correct the problem and I wass told by the insurance company to not pay them although I have already given them $

Avalanche is NOT honest. We arranged to have our roof inspected for an estimate of hail damage on Aug 30, 2016 but the gentleman who came to inspect the roof did not have a ladder. I explained to the gentleman that this was going to be an out of pocket transaction. He said that he would come back the next day to perform the inspection and would provide us an estimate on 6 Sep, 2016. Today is 7 Sep 2016, and we were notified that Avalanche is only giving estimates to those who have insurance claims. It is obvious to me what that means; be careful when dealing with this company.
