Avalara is currently working directly with the customer to determine the root cause of the any issues and come to a mutually accepted resolution. While we believe Avalara operated and completed all work set forth in contracts signed, our goal is always outcomes that benefit all parties involved. We...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a response from Avalara, and they did answer some of the items in questions. They did however fail to mention anything about their findings on the previously agreed to items that were not completed. The only thing they mentioned about these items is that they have not been completed and they will work with us in getting them completed IF we sign on board for another annual contract with Avalara. I have followed up with the company to see what their findings were on the items that they confirmed were not completed even after it was agreed to be done.Sincerely,[redacted]

As a measure of the customer service that we pride ourselves on, we have contacted the customer and have proposed a solution to amicably resolve the dispute. Based on correspondence with the customer, we believe the customer agrees the proposed solution addresses the concern.
