Review: I purchased a flat iron from the Avalon Body Products website, and registered with the website to track my order. After 1 week, I still had not received any updated shipping information as it states that items usually ship within 3 days of the date of order. I received two missed phone calls from the number posted on their website, claiming to be their customer service, however both times they did not leave a voicemail. When I tried to return their call, there was no answer, and a voicemail picked up claiming to be the "Sales and Customer Service" Office with no reference to the alleged store name. After an additional week passed, I e-mailed and left another voicemail, after calling their customer service number several more times without any answer, and still have not received a response. At this point, I do not want to business with them at all, and want a full refund for the product that I have not received.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the price of the flat iron that I purchased from Avalon Body Products over two weeks ago that was never shipped or received.
