Avalon put on a metal and shingle roof combination The crews were really good They even consulted with the metal manufacturer when putting on the metal portion after the shingle roof

This company refused to provide my wife an estimate for siding replacement on one of our rental properties unless her husband was present There is no place for sexism in the 21st century and this company should be ashamed of itself

The roof had been leaking on and off I kept calling the guy who originally put the roof on before but I could never tell if it got fixed It smelled terrible and got so bad that I could put my broom stick right through the ceiling drywall So I called Avalon and he said they would fix the drywall when they put on the new roof They took off the old roof and put on the new one in a day I was amazed they did it so quickly They did a good job of cleaning up the yard I did not see a mess It was very thorough

Everything went great They got it done quick We had a leak in our house so I'm glad we got it done before the storm

We had our roof fixed (so we thought) about -months ago however our contractor noticed that the repair that was supposed to be done wasn't completed at all A person from Avalon finally came by and confirmed that the repair was not done and would send someone out It has been months now since they came out and advised that nothing was done and no one has been by to fix this issue We would like a refund so we can use a different company or come out and fix what was not completed in first place
