I'm so happy with my new roof! Avalon came out did a masterful job making my house look great! They listened carefully tg all my concerns at every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy The crew was polite and professional and paid special attentioni to fit and finish details like flashing around chimneys and the dormerThe cleanup was immaculate and they left the yard looking better then when they came Many thanks to Zack and the crew and to William and Adaml You guys really put the customer first!

Had the project done sooner than advertised, and did a good job,

I had a leak in the house, got a few estimates The other companies were not going to be able to do the work right away They were also cheaper but we thought Avalon had the better materials The roofing crew was very efficient They came at about 8am and were done by 1pm, with cleanup and everything They were a big crew, and they worked safely and professionallyWe also appreciated the financing options

Avalon Building Concepts fixed our roof because it was leaking and put on a new gutter for us I did some research and Avalon was the best option They did a great job and I really love how the gutter looks in the back of my house

We hired Avalon to put new siding on our houseThey gave us a quote and called and told us three separate times that they were going to start and nobody showed upIt turned out that they measured wrong and wanted to charge more moneyAfter reluctantly agreeing they sent out the most unprofessional crew I have ever metWe had many issues including them leaving aluminum siding on our roof, we had a storm and it blew all over, including in our poolThey ripped all or our screens on our windows and took the frames and did not return themAfter demanding we needed them back, we had to screen them ourselvesAlso they left a mess everyday in our front yard backyard shed and deckEven on weekendsIt was a very long three weeksWhen they put our downspouts back on they must have lost some parts and rigged them upWhen it rained water went everywhereThey came back out to fix them, and the job was done and we received a bill on Saturday of the July 4th weekendWe sent them money on July fifthBut in the mean time they called at least six times on the holiday weekend for their money

Had insulation doneVery professional and knowledgableThe job was done in a day

Roof people were phenomenal It was so hot that day, but we never heard them complain, they went right to work The bathroom guy was on time and went out to get us a bunch of samples to look at Took the toilet away so we didn't have to worry about that The bathroom and roof look great They did a wonderful professional job and the roof no longer leaks

Avalon installed a new roof and skylight on our home Eric H [redacted] was very intelligent and answered all of our questions He explained everything well Zach's crew got it done in one day They also asked us what we wanted to do about a skylight that came up to the peak We have told others about the work We were happy that Adam came out to check in with us We are happy with their cleanup, they went over the yard with a magnet and we only found one nail when it was done We also like that the work will be inspected after completion

The crew was awesome, very polite, they certainly didn't monkey around We went with Avalon for the financing, and it worked well because there were a couple of add ons Only had to talk to one person the entire time

Went good Zachary pushes his crew pretty hard Cleanup went well The roof had wind damage and was already about years old I had heard good things about from others

The roofing crew was very fastThey completed the tear off and shingled the roof in under hoursCleanup was thorough and they did an adequate job protecting landscapingI was a little disappointed with the aesthetics of some of the work, but someone came back and fixed those things, so overall I am very satisfied

Excellent and fast work on my roof and chimneyCrew did a damage on my new air conditioning unit, and had to fix itBut I still recommending them to do roofing work to all my friends

Carl and his crew were really good They did everything I asked They worked hard and stayed late to make sure everything was covered just in case it rained

Everything went fine The roof had leaked in the past and we've been patching it up for years No leaks anymore Everything went pretty smooth

After only three years we had shingles fall off times Larry and Avalon worked with the insurance company to help them truly assess the damage that was up there He got one of their roofing guys to show them everything The guys that did it were very professional They even asked if they could play a radio on the roof Never even heard them cuss Carl was awesome When everyone was gone he went over the yard again with a magnet to pick up any extra nails

The company put a new roof on my homeService was fast and well done Roof looks great House and garage seem cooler

I had a really bad spot around my chimney, I had shingles falling off so it was time to get the roof done Everything went fine as far as I can tell, we didn't have any problems with anyone

We like the way the roof looks and we like the ridge over the garage Avalon did a quality and thorough job with our roof and gutters We were amazed at how quickly our roof transformed
