I am rejecting this response because:
1) The repairs are about replacing bent soffit elements made of sheet metal.    The sheet metal doesn't get brittle with cold weather.2) The bats will come back in the spring and then they will be protected (we cannot remove them or close them in).    We would have to wait until September when they leave the attic. Last year, I contacted Avalon Construction in September about the soffit problem.    This was the best time to do the repairs, but they were not done.

Replaced Roof is not under warranty at this time. Also, homeowner has called me at the end of season and I was very explicit stating that we will take care of this problem even though the roof is not under warranty any longer. Since now is winter we can't do the repair. Shingles are brittle to...

the weather.  We need to wait until April-May so it is warm to have this problem fixed. I also called and left a message for the homeowner stating that such problem will be taking care of in May. At no point of time we have stopped calling back. Once again, this issue will be resolved when it gets a little bit warmer.
