I am rejecting this response because: 1) The repairs are about replacing bent soffit elements made of sheet metal The sheet metal doesn't get brittle with cold weather.2) The bats will come back in the spring and then they will be protected (we cannot remove them or close them in) We would have to wait until September when they leave the atticLast year, I contacted Avalon Construction in September about the soffit problem This was the best time to do the repairs, but they were not done
