We began working with Mr*** on April 8, 2015. We had the initial consultation over the phone where I explained our process, what to expect, and what we required from him. Our repair services are for one year
High Credit Scores are generated only from the accounts we have that are reporting “open” , “active” and under 30% of the” limit” status“Active” meaning the account must be used and report a balance Mr*** had only derogatory credit, know open and Active account
We instructed him to be added as an authorized user as well as explained the best credit cards to rebuild his credit.
There were several emails exchanged in November where he was very kind, helpful, and appreciative of our services
On February 3, 2016, we received an email from him stating he was unhappy with the services. We promptly responded to his email notifying him that we have successfully removed 100% of the negative items on his report“ please see Attachment” .. He was unhappy that his scores have not increased. We had sent several emails as well as phone calls giving him instructions on what we needed him to do to help increase his scores
We sent a very detailed email to him on February 16, outlining all that we have completed for him and addressing his concerns, but he never emailed us back
On February 17, 2016, we received a letter from him canceling our services, even thought there was still months left of his one year of service. We stopped his repair per his request
Here the email we sent
Hi ***,
I would like to take this opportunity to review the completion of the credit repair. You hired us to repair your credit, which we have successfully accomplished for you
When you and I first reviewed your credit report together, I explained to you that we only get scores based on open and active accounts. The collection you has was reporting an "open activity" and the date it was opened was April 2014. This would have remained on your credit report for years based on the last activity. But because there was a balance it would have remained on your credit report for years. This was keeping your scores in the low 500'sThis collection has been successfully removed from your report. The only reason we brought this to your attention is because if this was your debt and we removed it, it would eventually come back on your report
As your credit coach, we discussed you obtaining a secured credit card or being added as an authorized user. When you and I reviewed this together in December, you still were not added as an authorized user or obtain a Secured Credit card. Since then, you have obtained an *** *** authorized user, which from the very beginning, I advised this credit card company does not report an authorized user to your credit report. This is why it is not reporting
My suggestion to you is to find another credit card to be added as an authorized user that is not *** ***
You also brought to our attention that you applied for a secured credit card and were turned down. Is it possible you are referring to March 27, 2015? This was the last time your credit report was pulled and there is no new inquiry showing on your credit report. The reason you were turned down is because of the collection and that has been successfully remove because of Avalon credit . Please see below this explains more on how a secured credit card works:
Best Card for Rebuilding Your Credit: *** *** Secured MasterCardIf your credit is more towards the "bad credit" side of the credit score scale (often considered below 600), this card can helpDesigned for those who may not qualify for other credit cards due to past or current credit issues, *** *** *** *** can assist you in rebuilding your creditIt's a secured credit card, or one that requires a security deposit of your funds into an account in order to 'secure' the cardThe minimum deposit for this card is either $49, $or $200, depending upon your credit history and application informationThe minimum credit line is $200, but it can go as high as $3,This card also includes a free credit score tracker that will update you on your score monthly and alert you when your Transunion credit report changesAlthough there are no rewards, by regularly reporting to each of the major credit bureaus this card can help you improve your creditYou just need to do your part by using your card responsibly and making regular and timely card payments
Congratulations !! Your Credit Report is Complete ..
