Unfortunately we were traveling from out of town on New Year's Eve and they were the closet. Do not use this dealer. Check all the negative reviews. We found out too late. Read the Google customers reviews. There are so many complaining about scams and poor service. STAY FAR AWAY! Don't believe the cars.com and carguru.com ratings.

Upon arrival I met with *** salesman told him I was looking to up grade truck and wanted the blind spot detection system on itWe looked at several used trucks and test drove moving up in year and price To the point of a demo that I specifically kept asking about the blind spot detection After the fact.Found out no Gm or chey trucks offer this at this time saleman acted as though he was un aware of that until I told him His commit was if any do that one should Rather than telling me up front that No GMC or Chevy tuck offers that feature at this timeNone of there trucks were any better at than the next oneAn honest sales person should have been straight forward and clean rather than being deceptiveThe sales person personally avoided me after he saw I was hooked on this truck never showed me operations of truck connections of devices avoided me completelyHad to make a 2nd trip to dealership so others could show and

I contacted Dewey Barber Chevrolet regarding a new Silverado truck (stock number 20291.....Vin number ***), it is on their website, it is listed on sale for $37,636..There are photos of the exact truck, I have seen it in personWhen I contacted them to purchase it at their advertised price, they raised the price to $49994.....This is unethical and completely unacceptableThis has cause me time and money and missed other opportunities
I have all texts as well the print off from their website showing this unethical practice.....I will be contacting Chevrolet as well

On 12/23/I bought a BMW Xfrom ***I live in New Orleans and made the deal by phone, then drove there to pick it upThey told me before that the car would come with new floor mats, but when I got there they told me there was a min shipping and the mats weren't thereI was then told and given a receipt saying that they would send the mats to me in New OrleansTwo months later, they still haven't been sent, but more disturbing is the way I'm treated whenever I call about itI am always left on hold for a long time and each time I call they have been more and more rude to meThe last time I was asked if I was the "Chinese guy" because I have an accentIf this was a problem with a local place, I could just go there and clear it up, but it's notThe car is great, I just want what was promised in the deal without having to beg for it and be subject to
Dewey Barber refuses to honor the warranty
I purchased an engine from Dewey Barber back at the beginning of April and then installed at the end of the monthAbout a week after the install the engine started knocking and losing oil pressure when it heated upOn Monday June 12th I was heading to Bible study when the truck lost all oil pressureI then had it towed to my house and then towed to Dewey at the end of the weekOn June 19th they called and said it had a wiring issue which I explained that the symptoms do not match what they are sayingThey then checked it again and this time it was the flex plate bolt being cross threadedI then went and picked the truck up since they said it was okay to drive with out even making back to my work the truck lost oil pressure againI have talked with GM cooperate and Dewey continues to refuse to honor the warrantyI was forced to go and buy another engine for since I need to get my truck back up and runningUpon pulling the engine
