Avalon Exchange

I went into Avalon Exchange Vintage boutique Thursday of last week 3/29/18.
The head manager took down my information told me it would be an hour. I said, ok I'm a nice person and every time I go to sell my items no one else is rude,except the head manager. She needs to be relieved from her job. Because she ruined my designer bag by Marc Jacobs my vintage Louis Vuiiton I'm highly upset! Because I can seee you not taking my purse. But why ruin it! When I returned home there were scuff marks looked ke it had been scratched up with a finger. And the inside had been torn. Now my hand bag was in excellent condition. Nothing was wrong,but I'm complaining because lack of customer service etiquette. And She the head manager Ruined my designer bag.
