I am rejecting this response because:
I've provided all the documentation that the management requested, namely bills showing that my electricity bills for the year were $2800Additionally management has access to service requests showing then the issue was reported, maintenance responses, and work orders showing that the issue was fixed more than a year after it was reportedHere is the basis for my assessment of damages:
Analysis of electric bills for other two bedroom apartmentsThe analysis showed that yearly bills were consistently around $for My electric bills decreased more than 30% since the issue was fixed compared year to year compared to Even if we assume that the malfunction affected heating and cooling to the same extent, this reduction brings the damages to $for alone, $if we factor in time in while the HVAC was broken$is times as much as the credit proposed by the managementI would be happy to provide any additional information the management needsAdditionally, ***, I would appreciate any help from Revdex.com in contacting *** for more accurate bill comparisonRegards,
