Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Hello, I wanted to let you know that the company that was the subject of my complaint finally did remit payment for the estate sale proceeds. While I would have hoped for interest on the long overdue payment, and an accounting of the items sold, I consider the case satisfactorily closed. Thank you for Revdex.com's assistance in resolving the case.Regards,

To whom it may concern:We entered into a contract with [redacted] on the 16th of August,2013. We were under no obligation to inventory any items and no obligation to give an itemized inventory of items sold except those over $200.00. That was given to [redacted] in a list dated January 4, 2014, when...

she received her first check. The sale continued for many weeks as she agreed, therefore her check was a bit later. Within this list are included a listing of beds sold as well as a table. I gave  her an additional list just to be gracious with many items listed of what was sold. I took few items forward on consignment to sell because they were not of the quality that I carry in my shop. There was no donation because I left everything else at the home located at [redacted] for [redacted] to continue selling. She then had a garage sale of her own. The items left out in the rain had been in the rain for many years, if not decades. Her father had tools, parts , old cars and garage contents, all exposed as any neighbor and the Olmos Park Police could attest to. The only item left outside for pick up was a huge sofa in poor condition that the new owner did not come to pick up until the following day. We had already sold it and been paid for it.I did not admit to having the black wrought iron table; [redacted] knew I moved that forward and have just now sold it and the remaining dishes to conclude what was left in my care. She will receive a check by the 10th of May. I do not have any other items and [redacted] has been paid for all. I have contracts and documents to back up all. Those will be included shortly in another email.I have tried repeatedly to please the client going beyond my duties.  Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This business still has not provided backup documentation for the sale of a trundle bed, formal dining room table and 6 chairs, two dining buffet cabinets,  and a white wrought iron table with 8 chairs.   [redacted] has provided an insufficient, not detailed list of items sold and it does not mention these items.  I also stated a black wrought iron table and chairs and she stated in her response that she has just sold it.  All I am asking for is where these items are and how much the items were sold for at the sale.  These items are large items that should not be grouped under her "Miscellaneous" listing.  [redacted] is telling me that she sold these items at the sale and are included in the listing.  I feel if these items were sold, a detailed description should be provided to me.    On July 15, 2015, I went to [redacted]'s shop to question her about the black wrought iron table and chairs that she was helping me to sell.  I was told by the employee that she was not there.  I asked for a return call from [redacted] and never received any calls.  I made several calls and [redacted] did not respond to me.   Now I understand that she has sold the black wrought iron table and I should expect a check by May 10 (see her response to you).  Why does it take so long to get payment from [redacted]?    The first check was suppose to be delivered to me in December of 2013.  I did not get my first check until January 2014.     I just want her to be forthright with me and provide a detailed list of the items sold instead of the generic list which she provided.  This is no way to do business.    [redacted] has not been honest in her dealings with me.   I just want the property that was sold to be accounted for and that the items are accounted for so I can see what was sold instead of using generic descriptions.     I gave [redacted] an entire list of items which I had questions on and the costs.   [redacted] has been very difficult to deal with and very unresponsive when I reached out for information from her.   I would send letters by certified mail and she would not accept the CMRRR mail.  I then sent my letters by first class.
