August 28, Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for the opportunity to address the complaint As an FYI, I have been selling pre-owned mobile/manufactured homes since Also, I never carry [redacted] with me and Mr Blend’s comment is a flat out lie Secondly, he did not pay $for the home Asking price was $and he made an offer (based on replacing carpet, etc.) of $which was accepted by the seller. When they looked at the home (June 2014) there were air fresheners and the home was very clean as you can tell from the attached pictures We spent approximately minutes inside and outside the home At that time I pointed out the cat that was under the bedspread in the master bedroom In an attached picture you can see the litter box in the master bath There was also one in the laundry room [redacted] said the cat might have used the carpet and they would be replacing the carpet [redacted] suggested they might get laminate flooring because of her health issuesIn the early part of July the seller moved out of the mobile home.On the day of settlement, July 17, we had a closing at the mobile home, I was minutes early and so were [redacted] ***The home was vacant, all items were removed including the air fresheners We spent approximately ½ hours in the home They did their walk thru and again [redacted] commented that she would probably keep the carpet in the front bedroom but would tear out the living room carpet After about 30-minutes in the home I showed them how the furnace and air worked There was heat, and there was air which we left on because it was a hot, stuffy day No one mentioned a cat odor before the air was turned on.As for the damage he alludes to: 1) The dishwasher had been repaired due to a leak and was working 2) The pictures of the damage that [redacted] sent to me were from a water leak (dishwasher) and not cat urine A leak from the dishwasher would cause the damage I saw in saw in his picture 3) His statement about the relay circuit board does not make sense as the previous owner used that gas furnace and AC without any problems 4) That mobile home and everything that went with it was very well maintained as the attached pictures suggest.I have been in and sold many, many mobile homes over the years Some homes I wouldn’t even step into because the odor was so bad I’ve walked away from listing a home because the odor was so bad And I have never tried to hide the fact that there is a pet in a home because some people are allergic to themPlease feel free to contact me direct if you need more informationMy cell number is ###-###-####.Catherine W Sales Representative

In I sold my mobile home,I have had to seek legal representation dealing with this business about the selling of my home because I had sold my mobile home I assumed on June 4th was the selling date because I as seller and buyer signedBuyer also wrote out check to agent and handed it to agent Agent asked me if I had copier to make copies of papers we just signed(I thought that was odd when they are suppose to have an office , then she decided to take papers along with her and I assume I would get copies later) I have NO PAPERWORK listing me as seller and what the mobile home actually went for .I got no money out of it which is fine, but I still want to know the figures who got what I have asked for paperwork and was told I don't need paperwork! Through selling process I was told by a jeff several different prices for home and was told not to talk to my mortgage company.that he would do all the talking and if they called don't respond to themAlso when signing with buyer I was told by agent not to tell this jeff that they told me how much the mobile home went for This is my first time selling so I really didn't know what was going onThen in July Jeff (the one I can't seem to get a last name too) called me left a message he was sending out papers I need to sign to close deal but he was going to send them to my sales agent and my agent was going to contact me to get them signedWell I waited no call from my agentThen my mortgage company starting contacting me a month and a half later in august wanting to know why I didn't make a payment by emails ,texts , calls And when I called Jeff and told him the problem with tammac who was my mortgage company at the time and I asked for his last name which Jeff would avoid by naming the company when I asked again he diverted by being belligerent and cussing I also called my agent too on the same day and I was told not to call her again because she had been fired by Jeff because she didn't get paid her commission also she told me other people were fired too so he could keep commission.(I don't know whether these statements are true from the agent or not because she seemed to be conveniently fired when I called asking for paperwork) The agent did say she was going to call me later Augand give me the last name of Jeff ,I waited as of this time SeptI have not received an answer Also when I was talking to Jeff before I had to hang up with him because of him being belligerent , He never mentioned about my agent getting fired So I told him we are done and hung up! As of this time I have NO SELLER PAPERS OR ANY PAPERWORK Also at signing there was no notary , lawyer it was done at my residence at that time not in a officeWhen dealing with this company too much under -handed dealing I would avoid this business

August 28, 2014
Dear [redacted],Thank you for the opportunity to address the complaint.  As an FYI, I have been selling pre-owned
mobile/manufactured homes since 1980.  Also, I never carry [redacted] with me and Mr.
Blend’s comment is a flat out lie.
Secondly, he did...

not pay $25000.00 for the home.  Asking price was $24900.00 and he made an
offer (based on replacing carpet, etc.) of $23500.00 which was accepted by the
seller. When they looked at the home (June 2014) there were air
fresheners and the home was very clean as you can tell from the attached
pictures.  We spent approximately 45
minutes inside and outside the home.  At
that time I pointed out the cat that was under the bedspread in the master
bedroom.  In an attached picture you can
see the litter box in the master bath.
There was also one in the laundry room. [redacted] said the cat might
have used the carpet and they would be replacing the carpet. [redacted] suggested they might get laminate flooring because of her health issues. In the
early part of July the seller moved out of the mobile home.On the day of settlement, July 17, we had a closing at the
mobile home, I was 20 minutes early and so were [redacted]. The home
was vacant, all items were removed including the air fresheners.  We spent approximately 1 ½ hours in the
home.  They did their walk thru and again
[redacted] commented that she would probably keep the carpet in the front
bedroom but would tear out the living room carpet.  After about 30-40 minutes in the home I
showed them how the furnace and air worked.
There was heat, and there was air which we left on because it was a hot,
stuffy day.  No one mentioned a cat odor
before the air was turned on.As for the damage he alludes to:  1) The dishwasher had been repaired due to a
leak and was working.  2) The pictures of
the damage that [redacted] sent to me were from a water leak (dishwasher) and
not cat urine.  A leak from the
dishwasher would cause the damage I saw in saw in his picture.  3)  His
statement about the relay circuit board does not make sense as the previous
owner used that gas furnace and AC without any problems.  4) That mobile home and everything that went
with it was very well maintained as the attached pictures suggest.I have been in and sold many, many mobile homes over the
years.  Some homes I wouldn’t even step
into because the odor was so bad.  I’ve
walked away from listing a home because the odor was so bad.  And I have never tried to hide the fact that
there is a pet in a home because some people are allergic to them. Please feel free to contact me direct if you need more
information. My cell number is ###-###-####.Catherine W

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Everything this woman said is a lie. We also have witnesses that a previous couple had looked at it and walked out when there was a cat and litter boxes there. When we looked at the home for the first time, the home was empty except for a couch, kitchen table and a water bed frame. We also have witnesses pertaining to the feline urine. The 11 air fresheners was still operating the day of the closing, we removed them 2 days later. I never said she carried a can of [redacted], she picked up a can off the counter and sprayed as we walked in. The dishwasher was never mentioned. the dishwasher does not operate( does not spray any water) and also leaks. The air-conditioning was on the day of closing, but was running continuously while we were their that day for approximately 45 minutes.
As it turns out, Catherine appears to a terrible person that will lie and be deceitful at what ever cost. This person should not be in the real state business with so much dishonesty. We are appalled at what this woman is saying. This issue has now  become more  of a matter of principle than monetary reimbursement. We will now  hire attorney's and go after all parties as I personally can not with good conscious let this deception and lies hurt other people too.
Regards,
[redacted]
