After calling a number off of website Someone named [redacted] came out in an hour to diagnose my fridge that was not working correctly He ordered a part and said it would 2-days before it be in and he would contact me He wrote up the ticket for both parts and labor totaling $and said they no longer took credit cards Being I had no working fridge and was in a tight spot I wrote him a check for the full amount The check was cashed an hour later After days I never heard from him so I called him and he said the part was still not in At that point I new I was scamed Four days after that I called again and asked for a refund but I haved recieved nothing
In the beginning of November I hired this company and man to repair my fathers dryerHe came out the first day to look and investigate the problemHe said he knew what the issue was and that we needed a new part which was a timerI paid him $and he was to order the part and come back to installHe did not come back right away, I was having to get in contact with him but finally he did come back after a couple days to install the partOnce he installed the part, they dryer still did not workHe said he knew what it was and that he believed it to be a fuseHe also mentioned a light in the dryerHe said he thought the place he ordered the timer from would have a fuseHe needed more money for this so I paid him another $He left and has yet to return sinceI have been trying to get in contact with him numerous times but haven't been consistently successfulHe will answer sporadically but as time goes, the time between his answers seems to get larger He seems like a nic

TerribleRescheduled multiple times and still never showedCalled and spoke to them a number of times, was promised they'd be out and again did not call and did not show upAfter reading the comments regarding them here on Revdex.com I'm glad I didn't have them in my house!
