Avalon Springs Health Campus

Came in for an Interview the mgr*** was late when she finally arrived she did not introduce herself to me@all IVE never met her except for on the phone.She didn't smile @all she was rude and unpleasantI even over heard a conversation between her and another employee(***) LPN about how short staffed they were .If I was looking to put my family in this facility I would not because of the short staff its nice on the inside how ever I did not feel welcomed all in fact I thought the company seem discriminative toward people of different races I'm African American and I did NOT feel welcomed by the nursing staff of the interviewer.No one smiled said hello how are or anything I personally am very dissatisfied with this company it looks nice and pays nice but the overall ATTITUDE & PERSONALITIES of the LPN's and employees was HORRIBLE very catty He Say she say environmentI think there rasist .I could b wrong I'm very DISSAPOINTED with AVALON SPRING
