Avalure charged my account again on September 6, and charged my account on August 6, according to my ***. I contacted them as per agreement to cancel this cream, but they kept sending me the unwanted product and kept debiting my *** account. I talked to them many times and they agreed to send me an email stating that this was cancelled, but they never sent the emails.I will look up the *** transactions to see if they refunded me the original monies. I am under a time restraint on this message and am unable to scrutinize my *** records at this moment, but I will talk to *** and run a complete check on fraudulent withdrawals from my account. *** ***

The business told you they would post the full refund I requested, and they only posted half of it. I attached a screen shot of my credit card statement showing they have refunded $89.77. I called the business and they said they made the second credit and that it could take 5-7 days for it to post, but the first one posted, so I do not understand why the same type of transaction will take longer. I wanted you to be aware that the business may not have resolved this matter in the way they said they were going to.
