Our experience with Avanguard has been extremely positive [redacted] is the owner and he is the type of contractor I would always like to hire, though I have only found this one time in yearsWe are very fortunate that we found him since he almost exclusively does construction at the very large business I work forI can be picky, but he is even more picky than I amFrequently I did not see anything wrong with, say the paint in the garage, but [redacted] saw some flaws that he did not likeSo he had his guys paint it a couple more times until it was up to his standardsThat is appreciated since I may have eventually saw those flaws, but by then it would have been too late [redacted] also kept to his cost estimates, even though he ate many cost overrunsHe compensated for many of his lesser quality subcontractors so that we got an excellent product that we would not have if we had worked directly with the subcontractorsHis costs were very competitive as wellBottom line is that we are very happy that we hired Avanguard and we would do it again in an instantThank you [redacted] and crew!
