Avani Auto Sales LLC

After I paid $4,900 for a car from this Dealer, I received a temporary dealer tag and registration. Over two months later, Dealer has still not transferred title into my name. I cannot obtain a valid tag or title. The temporary registration has expired. I cannot legally drive the car. Dealer now claims they've had issues and delays with title. I was never informed of this at time of purchase, nor was I made aware of any issues or delays after the sale of the car. Dealer collected sales tax, title transfer fee, and registration fee from me at time of sale. I now have $3,441 invested in repairs and do not want to lose the car because I can't obtain title.
