I'm not requesting a resolution. I'm just going to return the Fix-It software product for a refund. From the very beginning, the software was a complete joke. The installation took numerous attempts and resulted in complete frustration. Even though I purchased the product at Walmart and it came with a CD, I had to download their updates numerous times. It was extremely time consuming and a waste of time. My PC will be running slow with Yahoo all screwed up and the Fix-It program will state that my PC is "tuned up". What more can I say, it doesn't work. It does not even come close to their over rated claims. I'd consider their advertisements as completely false. I've looked at Fix-It's reviews and they re-enforce my claims that it doesn't work. No wonder they're not registered with the Revdex.com.

Purchased Fix-It Utilities Professional at Staples and installed it on my computer with no problem. Purchased a new computer from Staples and could not install Fix-It. Contacted Avanquest and was told it had expired and was offered an updated program at half price.

Purchased the program and paid by Pay Pal and tried to install it on my new computer.

After trying over two weeks to install it and sending nine emails to Avanquest which were never acknowledged I tried to get a refund. When entering my email address and password their system does not recognize them however they did recognize it when they collected the money. What a rip off this company is.
