[redacted]What [redacted] responded with is NOT THE TRUTH this individual is the liar!!!... What does my name have to do with the UNPROFESSIONAL work he did ? I did however state that I would get paid on Thursday and that would have been the 29th of December 2016BEFORE he started ANY work so that I would be sure to have the funds I AM NOT STUPID I KNOW MATERIALS AREN'T FREE!!! this man tore up my walls left my entry door undone. He said he would let the foamy stuff settle and that he would be back in the morning (Tuesday 3 January 2017) between 8 or 9 a.m.(HIS WORDS) and he never showed , I called him on the 11:00a.m. hour and he did not respond so yes I indeed call the Home Advisor customer service to get in contact with him and I have been getting nowhere with him or them.

You had agreed to $200 when I showed up Monday. You did not pay me when I showed up like we had agreed upon for the...
materials. I went ahead and installed the door. The only thing left was trim inside and small plaster repair. I asked you when we could settle up. You handed me $180, which covered the door, shims and a half hour of my time. You stated you did not get paid until Thursday. I stated I'd be back Thursday to finish the job. Tuesday is not Thursday. I did not receive any calls from you only from Home Advisor. Which, you told them I did a no call, no show and never did any work. You also gave me a fake name of [redacted]. Unfortunately, after speaking with Home Advisor about your inquiry, only to realize the lies that were told... I told them as I'll explain here. I'm cutting my loses and you can find someone else to finish the trim. Due to the nature of your lies and bashing of my company, we have decided to no longer pursue business with you. This is best for both parties. To whom it may concern,Ive already installed the door, trim work needs done. Client owes contractor another $170 to finish the job. She will not pay even if the inside work is finished. I have decided to take the loss and move forward as I was doing her a favor for the price I quoted. The actual repair should have been 4x what I quoted... however, with her sob story, I felt heart ache. On the first day I bid the project, her door was falling off the hinges and I spent over an hour fixing the door that day. Not including my time Monday (5.5-6 hours labor). Ms. [redacted] or [redacted], whatever the real name is... is not new to not paying. Home Advisor is already addressing her complaint and sided that it's best for both parties to part ways. There will be no refund nor price adjustment.
