[redacted] I was provided a quote for a new gate system and specific features for that systemThe system that was installed did not have those features and the company charged my credit card without my authorization prior to the job being completedThen when my power went out I determined that they actually did not install a backup battery so I was stuck and could not leave my propertyThey also did not leave me a key for emergenciesI had to pay extra to have a battery system installed and the next time the power went out it still did not workTo date they have not fixed this issue even after booking appointments all of which they did not show up for or even bother to call [redacted] I'm actually writing this review as I sit in front of my closed gate that I'm unable to open because the power is out [redacted]

it took more than a week to just get a quoteIn fact, I had to call him *** times to get a quoteHe kept saying he will send it to me, but I still haven't received one
Not professional, very bad customer service
