After scheduling an appointment for maintenance a week in advance I was assured various times that the maintenance person would be here on the day I had asked for him to comeI even took the day off of work to be hereI called twice to confirm that he would come today and never showed upThis is not the first time this has happenedThis is very disappointing, I had such a great impression of this apartment and its management but day by day I am disappointed by their lack of attention to their customers

Horrible maintenance serviceThey do not respond to tenant request for serviceEven after notifying office several timesThey have a website for service request and they don't respond to that eitherWhen you ask them why no response,you get nothing but excusesOther tenants have told me they have the sane problem

Hi ***, We received the response, We have issued *** with a check for the remaining $for application fees on 11/27/and $holding deposit was rejected and refunded to her on 11/15/She will be receiving check in the mailing in a few business days. *** signed an agreement agreeing to have credit screen check, she also signed the rental deposit and application fee receipt where she is agreeing to apartment # and move in dateOn the Rental deposit and application fee receipt move in requested date is stated as of 11/25/We will not be paying for $for compensation, in which we have written documentation that prospect was agreeing to get credit/background screen and also agreeing to move in date. I have attached this agreement as well. Please confirm you have received. Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:The respondent to my complaint, [redacted],  is correct in that I did sign an application in which it stated I agreed to have a credit check done.  [redacted] fails to address is the main reason for this complaint.  The employees of the apartment community made a verbal agreement with me. The verbal agreement was that my credit would not be run until I was informed if the apartment would be available on the date I needed to move in, at which time I would either proceed with the application or cancel.  I believe this company deals in deceptive business practices and I have been harmed by their conduct. It is because of their false promise to hold off on proceeding with the application that I agreed to wait instead of cancelling on the spot. I am sure that there is some type of civil procedure code that entitles a party to damages when a business conducts itself in such a manner.  It is unfortunate for myself and my family that we find ourselves in this situation and compensation for harming my credit and keeping money that I needed to make my move from one residence to another are damages incurred by their conduct and I believe I am entitled to some compensation, which is the amount I am asking for, $500.00. Thank you,[redacted]
