The statute of limitations has nothing to do with how long a delinquent account is on someones Credit. Accounts stay on the Credit Report seven years after delinquency date. We will request removal from your Credit. We are willing to work with you on a solution to get this matter
resolved.

First of all in regards to the response, they say that the number was listed to two different people in there system? I find that strange because the only person they ever ask for when they called was a Mr***So it truly grieves me to see that they are lyingSecond it is so sad that it took me contacting the Revdex.com to get them to stop calling my numberI assured those people that I was not Mr*** and they still persisted to call my home even after they said they would remove the number and even after they supposedly removed my number they still called my number and they still ask for Mr***Now if I were to harass someone like that I would be in jail and paying a fine. the fact that they want to dismiss it as they have and lie makes me feel as if they think I am stupidI begged for months for those calls to stopI feel this is a business that has illegal collections processes in place and that if they abused me as they did and I do not even owe them one dime how many people out there are they abusing and slamming with there vicious collection practices? Though they say they wil not call any more I feel as if I have been traumatized by the months of harassing and not stop berating calls and some how it just does not seem quite fairSo I am going to stick with my initial request to have the calls to cease and to be compensated for harassment and grief that I suffered is what I requested and believe that I am more than entitled to receive.The *** enforces the *** *** *** *** *** ***, which
prohibits deceptive, unfair, and abusive debt collection practices
