Avanti Markets

Over half the time when I go to get something the balance says it's at 0 even when it's usually over 20 dollars in my account. Then the next day it will work and then the day following that it is back to saying zero. It wastes my time when I'm at work and is very frustrating that my money is essentially being stolen.

This situation is an easy fix. Part of the confusion for the complainant could be that she has two of our Avanti Market cards. One of those has a zero balance and the other has a $balance. There is a possibility that she may
have tried using both cards at different times, and that led to the confusion We can rectify the situation by contacting her or she can contact us to make sure she knows which card is valid and to trash the other one If you contact her, please have her call *** or *** at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### respectively Thank you *** ***
