Avanti Model and Talent Management allows underage girls to change in front of adult men while refusing to allow parents to be present During their show they put hair stylists, adult men that work with their agency, make up people, and girls, boys, women and men all in the same room They force everyone to change clothes in the same room without any privacy screens They do not allow parents in even to pick up their clothing and make sure their young child has gotten all their items They charge a lot of money for their showcase but make the children buy food (they are not allowed to bring a lunch but have to buy a $sandwich, chips and drink) They keep young children there from 8am until 9pm with one small lunch and do not offer even snacks and drinks with hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of fees (note it is a school night and some families come from hours away) This includes a hundred dollars of make and hair that their mother could of done just as well I know someone in the modeling and acting business that is an agent and she said they never should charge these fees and minor children should always be allowed to have a parent present all the time and never be forced to change in front of any unrelated adult male not ever This is completely unheard of in this business The agent I talked to is nationwide and been in the business years and said these fees are not warranted and just to make money
