Within months from delivery of my Avanti refrigerator, the timer started to fail. Contact with Avanti under the warranty merely directed me to their repair service (located in my state). After two replacements, I demanded a new refrigerator, manufactured by a company other than Avanti. In writing to the appliance store about the poor performance of their timers, I copied Avanti headquarters various times, but never received a response. I believe that their customer service is non-existent. I will not buy Avanti again.
