2. Warranty is clearly published on our websiteIn essence, it covers factory defects for ENGINE PARTS only for months or 2000Km and OVERALL PARTS for days or 1000KmIt does not cover any labor, however, our policy is to provide 50% discounted labor for warranty repairs
3. Customer's son WRECKED the scooter within 1/z mile of the store at time of purchase....causing damage to the speedometer cable/sender assembly and possibly a multitude of other issuesEven though this was definitely not a warranty issue, we repaired it at no cost
4. Oil changes are recommended at 500Km and at 2000Km then every 1500KmCustomer changed oil twice indicating over 2000Km on the scooter even though the odometer reads 1300Km+ (was broken again and not repaired)
5. In March, customer complained of a "rattle" and that a small spot of oil had leaked out onto their kitchen floor (where they park it)The transmission clutch was defective and we replaced it (at no charge), cleaned the interior of the transmission housing, replaced the crankshaft seals...even though we could not verify an oil leak after testing it for hoursThis, again, was at NO COST!

In early May, customer's son presented scooter for repair of Speedometer senderHe was advised that parts and labor would be approximately $so he leftA few minutes later the Father (complainant) appeared at the store and was very belligerent, made threats of personal harm to myself and others, and was asked to leaveI also explained the warranty and that we had made numerous repairs without charge but that future repairs were to be paid forAfter our threatening to cal the police due to the threats, the father left
7. A few minutes later the Mother called, complaining that we were not honoring our warrantyI attempted to again explain warranty and reminded her it is very public and available on our website for downloadShe was also advised that due to the violent acts of her husband, he was not to be on our premises in the futureShe said she would "put you out of business and file a complaint with the Revdex.com"She was advised that was her prerogative but we will not service the scooter
8. We have gone well beyond the realm of following published warranty and have born the cost of multiple non-warranty repairs and have no desire to do service for this customer

Today I visited to have new tires installedAfter taking my bike to the same shop for several years, and having bad service the last couple of times I have had work done at another shopI was very impressed with the timeliness and cost! I will be a returning customerThe best part about it, the owner of the store was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questionsHe told me about a few things that I need to repair and was able to show me, but did not try to shove the sale or work down my throatI really appreciate it! Again, I will be a return customer
