I don't dispute that the marks on the shoes, but there is no way that those were obtained during my handlingThe shoes were out of the box for less than minutesThey didn't fit, so they were returnedIt is clear that they were NEVER worn or used.I need my refund before I will even consider resolving this complaint$is significant to me Regards, [redacted]

We have already agreed with this customer to refund her moneyWe must say that we do not really have to refund her money as the shoes did not arrive in original condition and we cannot resale them, the shoes arrived to our warehouse within the box and with
the right paper work but with two red marker spots, which we are absolutely certain did not happen here as we do not even have red markers ! But as mentioned, as a sign of care for the customer we will refund her money when we do not need to, therefore there is no reason for this complainThank you and have a nice day

On June 12, 2015, [redacted] from the Avarcas USA indicated that he would refund my money for the shoes. Today is July 7, 2015 and I have still not received my refund. The shoes were returned on May 14, 2015. This is unacceptable. Where is my refund? I don't dispute that the marks on the shoes, but there is no way that those were obtained during my handling. The shoes were out of the box for less than 5 minutes. They didn't fit, so they were returned. It is clear that they were NEVER worn or used.I need my refund before I will even consider resolving this complaint. $80 is significant to me.

Review: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICYI ordered a pair of sandals. Tried them on in my living room on a rug. They were too small. Immediately placed them back in the box and shipped them back for return. 1 month after I shipped them I finally heard back via email (despite repeated attempts to contact them to see if they had received the shoes), that there was a mark on the shoes and they could not return them. I've called and emailed looking to speak with someone. NO RESPONSE. It's been over 1 week now. $80 and I have no product. I can't imagine how the mark got on the shoes on my end. I'm willing to be fair, but if they won't return them I at least want what is mine.In an age of [redacted] and [redacted], where customer service is key, shipping and returns are free, I would never order from this company again, no matter how cute their shoes are.Desired Settlement: I simply want to speak with someone and then try to resolve this unfortunate situation. This $80 amounts to funds that I saved over 2 months to buy 1 pair of new sandals this summer. I can't afford to have nothing to show for $80. Hard earned money.
