every concern from our past, present and future residents very seriously. Though we strive to provide service with excellence, we also realize that not everyone can or will be pleased all of the time. On October 5, 2016 [redacted] and [redacted] e-mailed our Community Manager, Julie C[redacted] about concerns they had with their statement of deposit allocation. They outlined their disputes and Mrs. C[redacted] stated that she would review their file and get back to them with her findings. While we strive to ensure that every resident move-out statements are completed timely and without error, we also understand that our staff are not exempt from making errors. Mrs. C[redacted] noticed that on their move-in condition form there was notation of countertop damage. On October 25, 2016 Mrs. C[redacted] e-mailed Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] of our findings and indicated to them that we would be reversing $270 worth of charges; $250 for countertop resurfacing and $20 for miscellaneous cleaning. This reversal would give the resident's a refund check in the amount of $65.19 (please see attached copy of check). This check was sent out the week of October 28th. We believe that if we are wrong, we should strive to do what we can within reason to correct any mistakes made on our part, which we feel we have done.
