It's true that we do not support Windows 10 in our Air Display Host for Windows. We have never supported Windows 10, due to a fundamental incompatibility between the architecture of our video drivers and Windows 10's driver model. We are very clear about the incompatibility in the app description...
and on our web page.However, sometimes people mistakenly purchase products without reading the app description, so we cheerfully offer refunds for all software we sell, for any reason, within 90 days of purchase. But this customer contacted us 1,244 days after his purchase, and we have respectfully declined to refund this purchase. It is our sincere hope that he enjoyed the use of our software for years before upgrading to Windows 10.The customer's observations about our use of a domain proxy service to keep our office location private are true, but not relevant to this issue.Best regards, Avatron Support
