At Avazi Auto we take pride in the quality cars we sell and stand by aft of our vehiclesAll of our cars pass Maryland State inspections (one of the rigorous in the country)As you recall you did a PPI (pre purchase inspection) at a mechanic of your choosing and the car passed with flying colors
From what we remember you were very happy with the car when you leftFurther to show how much we we care for our clients we provided a complimentary warranty with the car as well as brand new tires at no cost to you. It was concerning and perplexing when you came to us a month and miles after purchasing the car with some concernsWe immediately assisted in trying to resolve your complaints, As you know we spent countless hours and money helping you address- a problem that not a single mechanic could replicate, We also test drove the car and could not replicate the issues you claimingWe asked the warranty company to come out yet you negated their comments or suggestionsThe warranty company would have no issues covering any valid problem with the vehicle, In every effort to show how we stand by our vehicles we sent the car to *** and they found NO issues with the car, in fact they said it was a great example,As a final attempt for resolution we did offer to purchase the car back from you to which you never respondedWe will definitely put our money where our mouth is, We have tried every attempt to make you happy but it seems that you only wanted to test drive a car for a month at no cost The vehicle you purchased is highly sought out and of great reputation and build quality.If you would like to work out a resolution we will gladly try to accommodate but please do not try to blackmail or put information out about our interaction, involvement and/or character.The car was driven for over miles, We even paid for rebalancing the tires at the *** Dealership, They did hot find any issues with the drivetrain, You refused to accept the warranty companies remedy/recommendationThe axles were determined to be leaking by *** but those are a wear and tear item and are not covered under the warranty that was providedYou were also offered a full coverage warranty for years or 100,additional miles at the time of purchase which you declinedThe month warranty we offered at our cost was a basic powertrain warranty that covers the engine and transmission in the event of a failureWe were very upfront with our process and you were fully aware you purchased the car with no implied warranty other than the *** warranty we purchased for you for the month duration from the date of purchase.We have a very reputable business and do not take these accusations lightly
