Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below HCC mentions in their letter that -(1) The service provided was for screeningQuestion: If a person is having "Rectal Bleeding" should the doctor not screen to find out the root cause of the issue before treating the condition?(2) They state that the condition had existed at the time of purchaseJust to be sure the policy was effective from June 1, to September 14, The service date was July 13, 2016, this service date is about days after June 1, First and foremost the condition was not preexistingIf the condition "Rectal Bleeding" existed since June 1, (or before) to the best of my judgment a person would most likely be dead in daysCan HCC please provide the evidence to substantiate that this condition existed Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:I disagree with their response based on following facts:The only pre existing condition that I agree with is UCThe aneamia I had in was a direct result of profuse bleeding caused by severe UC Flare, which was resolved by blood transfusions and since then I never had any issues with aneamiaThere are different type of aneamia, what I had recently was caused by low Iron Serum levels and low Iron Saturation and the cause could not be identified as I had no UC symptoms or any other health issuesThe health insurance was sold to my mother on the basis that it covers 'pre existing conditions' otherwise my mother would have never purchased the insurance from HCCMISHence this is gross misrepresentation by their representativeUnder the new legislation in the US Insurance companies cannot deny a claim based on pre existing condition, they can normally give a waiting period of months before they cover the pre-existing conditions but cannot deny claims indefinitely as HCCMIS is doing As I am living in the US all laws are applicable to me equallyThe reason to refuse claims for investigative procedures egBlood Tests, MRI is unacceptable- as that is part of investigation to understand the cause of any health issue I was facingHCCMIS should pay all my bills in totality with $deductible.Thanking you Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I need to have writing proof of payments I keep getting hospitals bills and phone calls including one yesterday after noon ( August 17, 2016) and the hospital has not received a single payment from the insurance company In the insurance portal website it still said that the case is close due to lack of patience records and that is patient responsibility to pay in full when I clearly send them years of my medical records times plus doctors note stating that's all their medical records they have of me Regards, [redacted]
