AVCO Roofing

I recently had my roof replaced by Avco. I had looked them up here on the Revdex.com site and decided to call them and get a quote. Travis came out and was very professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. And even though I needed all the decking replaced the quote he gave me was better than several quotes I had gotten a few years ago. And those quotes were without replacing the decking. Travis's crew that did my roof were very good and efficient and they did a great job of cleaning up. They were very respectful of my property and were a pleasure to interact with. I am very happy with Avco and the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

Conner Jones and his "ace in the hole" crew did an outstanding job with about as complex of a residential roof anyone could take on. Couple that with my wife's tulips being in full bloom a lot of second string outfits would have likely passed on the opportunity. These "craftsmen" ( and I mean that in every sense of the word) removed and replaced just shy of 80 squares and didn't break a stem in the beds below the 12/12 and in some areas 12/16 pitch roof. Every day they picked up scrap and neatly organized material for the night. When the crew wrapped up the job they even made sure the guttering was clear and left our home with no sign they had been there other than our beautiful new roof. My insurance guy was also impressed and had no worries paying my claim. Couldn't have asked for a more honest and trustworthy company to deal with.

We needed a new roof and Avco Roofing took care of us in grand style. The project manager, Travis, walked us through the paperwork and made sure the work was completed on time. Travis explained the process and made sure the clean up was handled. Great job!

Earlier this week, my mother mentioned that since Oklahoma's storm season was beginning, perhaps we should have our roof inspected for leaks and hail damage. Later in the day, my doorbell range and I opened the door to a neat appearing man. He explained that he and his co worker were in the neighborhood, offering a free inspection of roofs in the area. My jaded self expected a catch somewhere, but I said, "Why not?"

This man introduced himself as Connor Jones, the Territory Manager of AVCO Roofing, located in Bixby.

He not only climbed up on our roof, but made a video of its condition to show to me when he spoke to me after his inspection. Fortunately, our roof was in very good shape, and he told me so. He did not try to sell me anything. He just shared his knowledge with me without any sales pressure. I also asked if his company did anything besides roofs and he replied that they also did gutters. He said that he had noticed that while our gutters were in good shape, they were filled with leaves and showed evidence of them overflowing from the recent rains. I asked him to give me a quote to have the gutters cleaned. He said that since it was such a small gutter, and he already had his ladder set up from the roof inspection, he would not charge me anything. (That was a big surprise, considering he was probably looking for business).

Mr. Jones than proceeded to climb up to the gutter and clean it out, collecting the debris in a plastic bag for me. He also discovered a downspout plugged up with leaves and dirt. He got a hose and washed that out as well. While this didn't take more than about 10 minutes, I still asked him if I could pay him for his time. He informed me that if I was satisfied with his service, I could write a recommendation instead of payment.

If I need any roof work done in the future, I will not hesitate to call Connor Jones at AVCO Roofing. He has demonstrated to me that he is more interested in providing for the customer's needs rather that just getting the work. I also appreciated his honesty and integrity when showing me the condition of my roof. That is why I would not hesitate to call him again if I think I need roof repair.

Happened across AVCO at a show. It was a pleasure and no pressure working with this company. Also you should ask for Roman to help you. He goes above and beyond . Even someone from my bank came to take pics and said "Wow they did great job!" I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

I just had a roof replacement with Avco roofing and would l am very pleased with the customer service, the timely manner with the replacement, and the clean up after the job was done. Most of all the confort level I felt with dealing with my contractor Conner. Being a single woman, security is very important to me. Conner was very respectful and walked me through the entire process of the roof replacement process. My husband had passed away just before the roof replacement which was traumatic, and dealing with the insurance company was very stressful. Conner was patient and helped me though the process. I highly recommend this company.

I really appreciate all the expert help from Connor Jones, who evaluated my roof and worked with me and my insurance company to get the best solution, and who made sure the job was finished and my house was in great shape again! Thanks to the crew who replaced my roof so quickly in really cold weather, and who were very professional and courteous all through the job. They're a great, professional team!

When had a straight wind ruffle up some shingles and actually peel back about 8 shingles off a dormer. Reagon came out quickly that day. Honestly told me there just isn't much work to do here for my company. He showed and instructed me how to do the very small repair myself and even left me some scraps he had from another job so I would not be out money!!! He temp fixed the area, showed me how to do good preventative maintenance on the roof as a whole to avoid repairs later. 100% when we need a new roof, I will contact AVCO! Went WAY beyond what he needed to do and would not take a dime from me despite the long trip to our property.
