I am rejecting this response because: I was advised pictures would be provided 2/28/2017, to date, I have not received any picturesIn addition, there was NO large amount of trash left, I have an email even stating so from AVD, and since the "trash" was cleaned up by "their" in house service how am I to know this was not an erroneous charge in an attempt to keep my deposit, I disagree with the stains they state were left and the pictures provided do not prove the damage was to MY carpet, as previously stated the carpet was not in great condition when I moved in as black stains surfaced within months of me even living in the propertyI provided the facility with pictures of the water damage to the home due to the leaky roof, again which took days to repair, an unacceptable living environment for a paying tenant especially one who is pregnant I again dispute the total charges AVD is saying I am liable for and ask that a portion of my deposit be returned immediately
There was a leak in the roof, but NEVER moldIt was repaired as soon as we could get a roofer out to do soUpon leaving the rental unit, the tenant left trash and belongings in every room there were large red stains on the carpet in rooms, and black spot all over the 4th roomI have several pictures of the trash, broken window, stains, and the filth that had to be cleaned upThe tenant was only charged for what we had to pay out in order to get the unit back to rental quality, minus wear and tear
Pictures have been sent, as well as attached hereSeveral stains in the carpet that could not be removed by the carpet cleaning companyAlso, several pictures of the larger trash, not to mention the trash all over the floor that was too big to be vacuumedThese things take time to gather up and get rid ofAs far as we are concerned, this issue has been addressedThe tenant was charged ONLY for the charges that were necessary due to the condition of the premises upon move out
