I am rejecting this response because:1) The price sheet does not say that they charge an additional expense.2) We were not informed of an additional charge before work began.3) The definition of "out of town" is unknown, was not communicated and not listed on the price sheetSince Avel is located in Buda, wouldn't Austin be "out of town"?4) I've attached invoices at the same property where the additional $has not been charged

We have been doing business with this property since 2014, I have reviewed all the invoices in our records and we have always charged .28/square foot for paint and the invoices were all paid by the property respectively. prices of our services. I sent a price list, and I do admit we failed to give her the new updated correct list showing the price difference for our out of town properties which is a .3 difference. As far as the mechanics lien threat goes, I am not aware of. We would be happy to continue providing our services to this property, however the price will remain the same to .28/sq foot for paint.
