I spoke to [redacted] and explained to him how our Two For Tuesday special works. If you order two items, you get one for free of equal or lesser value. If you order 4 items, you get two item that are equal or lesser value for free. Even...

though [redacted] saved $30 on his order and when I showed how his pricing was figured out, he became very upset and hostile. I stayed calm until he started cursing and threatening me in front of customers. When that happened, I asked him to leave the store.
Being that [redacted] already got $30 off his bill of $78.21, I don’t believe that he is entitled to receive a $9.10 refund.

I have read the recent response and explanation and I am still not satisfied.
1. I agree I was verbally BEING angry and upset as anyone would when they are mislead, but never hostel or threatening.
2. If you don't ask for the receipt you don't receive one from avallinos which has happen to me on every purchase which, This make the purchase deceptive.
3. Will only take cash for buy one get one free Tuesday menu but you can pay by credit card for anything else off the regular menu
4. Avallinos refuses to take separate orders which would make a buy one get one free more honest. Stated by owner/counter person "I don't take separate orders its to  much trouble"  BUT IT IS TO HIS ADVANTAGE TO NOT TAKE SEPARATE ORDERS SO HE GAINS FROM THE HIGHER PRICE ITEMS AND GIVES THE LOWER PRICE ITEMS FOR FREE.
5. I STILL BELIEVE I AM ENTILE TO A REFUND OF 9.10
