unethical work practice with customer agent, pictures posted on website is not what is available upon arrival of rentalRented a cabin from july thru july at [redacted] # XXXXXpaid with a credit cardafter driving for hours and arriving at the cabin completely different viewno mountain views as specified on website, pictures appear to have been taken years ago, no playground acceptable for kids to play inleak in of the restrooms, we could only use one bathroom, kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged, hot tub appears they have not been cleaned because of slippery when entering, I fell going inwhen I contacted the agent there was only one cabin available which was very small and the other option he gave me was to leave and get my full refundI have just driven hours with children and no other accommodations for the money I paid was giventhe agent by the name of [redacted] also said when I complained about the playground "your children are too big to play anyway"

The company kept our $deposit for us not washing our towels, taking out our garbage bags, and for my son using a wash cloth to wipe mud off of his shoeIn spite of us paying an additional $cleaning fee and leaving the cabin in better condition than when we arrived, they will not give us our $deposit backI am not the only one this has happened to
