I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] *** These [redacted] boots came to us with lots of water/salt marks and very wornOn the invoice, it was even written “bottom worn w/received” Many times when dirty, you don't realize how bad the boots areDue to being backed up with many, many ***, these I sent out to a leather cleaner who I’ve used in the past and they do great work As most [redacted] we receive, they are very worn and have many water & salt marks when we receive themSome customers think that we will be able to make them look like know, which although they always look much better as far as stained, we can not do anything as far as the wear marks or loose stitching.Although I am not at fault for the wear marks that she is talking about, I am willing to pay her the cost of the cleaningThank you,***

The boots were extremely worn when we received themThe clerk also noted that fact on the invoice and also verified that the boots came in with severe salt and water stains on them

The owner himself makes several references to the water and salt marks on the bottom of the boots yet all the damage they caused is on the top of the boots. I have a receipt from them which clearly states the only damage was water marks along the bottom of the boots so why is it that I am now getting them back with holes all along the top of the boots skin and all the threat damaged and loose. I am can't believe that this man is going to sit here and tell me that they didn't try to fix the boots in three first place when I myself spoke to his store when they contacted his employee on his cell phone to find out if he was done with the boots also the receipt they gave me when I picked them up clearly shows the boots where just sent out after their store already had them for almost three weeks. 
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
