Seriously, the worst, stupidest, most uncaring office management ive ever had to deal with. Anytime you have a question or concern it cannot be answered or addressed cause the people in the office have absolutely no clue what theyre talking about and will openly admit its cause theyre new and still training. Since we moved in a little over a year ago management has changed 3 or more times making everyone new and clueless. When unsatisfied with what the newer girl told me I asked to speak with [redacted], the also new "manager" and was told she will not be coming out of her office to talk with me because she would tell me the same thing as the girl I was dealing with. They refuse to let you pay in any way that doesnt involve your bank account, i.e. money order. since we will not be giving them our bank acct number again after they took unauthorized payments nearly a week before rent was due leaving our account overdrawn several times we are left wondering how to pay rent in the future. Bottom line DO NOT move in here. Looks nice but is honestly WAY over priced and management are ignorant and uncaring. Still waiting from a call back from district manager but doesnt look promising. Still have yet to hear from [redacted]. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease or referring anyone. Again, if youre looking to move into here take your money elsewhere where it will be better spent!
